The Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) is the largest of 24 Councils of Government (COG) in Texas and is a political subdivision of the State of Texas. It has been serving local governments for more than 40 years.
HGACBuy's inaugural conference and expo will be held October 1-2, 2019 at the NRG Conference Center in Houston, Texas. This biennial event will focus on providing attendees with engaging educational forums, an exposition of new, innovative products and services and meaningful networking opportunities.
Breakout sessions will cover a variety of topics including cooperative purchasing resources, public procurement basics and procurement fraud detection/reporting as well as others. Unique to this conference, Houston-Galveston Area Council will also showcase programs and services that it provides to the region and modeled throughout the state and country.
The product exposition allows the exhibitor to showcase new and trending solutions to existing customers as well as provide an opportunity to connect with prospective customers.
